Shipping

All orders received Monday through Thursday by 11:00 PM (EST) are shipped within 24 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day. Because we are the direct manufacturer for many items, and all items are shipped direct from the warehouse, our orders are proecesses rapidly.

We work hard to get your online orders out to you as quickly as possible. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. We calculate your shipping rates based on the cost to ship each item by weight and size to your shipping address using the shipping method you select.

Once you've located the item that you wish to purchase, click the ”Add to Cart” button and the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Once the item is in the shopping cart you may calculate shipping prior to checkout.

It is important to note that clicking the "Add to Cart" button in no way obligates you to purchase the item. You can access your cart at any time and remove items and change quantities as desired.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the freight charges on returned orders. Please double check your order to ensure accuracy before completing the checkout process. Once we receive your return, you will receive a credit on your credit card minus a 15% re-stocking fee.

Many large and heavy items are delivered by our Standard Freight Delivery service. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and will be unloaded by the driver to the driveway of your home or entryway of facility. Items difficult to move from the truck to your driveway or entryway may require your assistance. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. Truck Deliveries are typically made 7-10 business days from the date of shipment between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Shoppers Link does not ship outside of the US and Canada during the normal course of business. However, if you are interested in our products, and currently do not resided in the United States, please contact a customer service representative for assistance.

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

Need to ship items to multiple addresses? Not a problem! When you are ready to checkout click the "Checkout with Multiple Addresses" link in your Garden Cart and you can ship your items to multiple addresses with only one checkout process.
